The Processor |

The processor or engine is the thing that drives the PC, the faster the
processor the faster your computers actions are completed whether it be a
spreadsheet or a game. Processors also know as CPU's (Central Processor
Unit) change all the time, I could tell you about one type of processor and
in one year it will have been made twice as fast or been made redundant and
replace by a better model. When you are looking for your processor I suggest you start by looking through a pc magazine and viewing what's available and/or checking out a supplier site on the net and also checking reviews, The best way to do it is find a supplier on the net look at the processor section and see which processor is the most expensive then travel through the pricing till you see one you can afford, then save the extra cash and buy the next model up. Another consideration when buying the processor is that you will need a CPU Fan otherwise your computer will overheat, if you by a retail processor package the fan will come as part of the kit of you buy an OEM processor you will have to buy the fan separately.
